Arbitrations 101: Improving Your Chances for Dispute Resolution Success

The webinar will be held on November 23 from 12 to 1:30 pm.

There are myriad pros and cons to consider when choosing between litigation and arbitration—and those considerations are often just the opening moves of a broader strategy. If the arbitration route is chosen, for example, a whole new set of options opens up. Join us for a practical overview of the modern arbitration landscape, including enforceability considerations, the breadth of provisions available, pre-arbitration threshold requirements, crafting rules and procedures beyond those of the arbitration body and selecting the proper arbitration body and platform itself.
